In an effort to reduce the pain, I visited a chiropractor. The chiropractor made two recommendations: they suggested I make an appointment with an orthopedist, and that I call Christina Goldberg.

The orthopedist diagnosed a tear in my biceps tendon as well as an injury in my left shoulder that left me unable to raise my arm … I was just hurting so much!

Christina was such a comfort. She was so friendly, so compassionate, I felt like she knew me as a person. She never treated me as ‘just a client.’

Christina made sure I knew what to expect at every stage of this process … you can just tell she and her team were working for you, committed to getting you the best possible result. Any time I had a question, all I had to do was call or email, and some at their office was quick to respond.

Christina had to negotiate with both insurance companies. She got the other driver’s insurance company to pay for the damages to my car, and she got my insurance company to take care of all my injuries and related health issues. She was absolutely tireless, staying on top of both companies to make sure my interests were protected.

To think what would have happened if I had not been referred to call Christina, if I would have tried to deal with the pain and the doctors and the insurance companies myself. I would have had no idea where to start. The surgery alone cost $25,000! I would have never been able to pay for that. I’m retired. This happened to me in my 70s.
